Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Arlington, VA, seeks a Sales Analytics Analyst for the NWPB Category team. You will transform data into actionable insights, shaping category strategies and retailer approaches to grow premium beverage brands.

You will partner with Category Strategy leaders, deliver data-driven selling stories, and monitor market trends using syndicated data and BI tools to strengthen Nestlé’s market position across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 18+ months experience in retail sales or sales analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUPs and pivots.

Responsibilities

• Lead data, insights, reporting and analysis to support the Category Strategy team.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing category trends, consumer behavior and retailer strategies.
• Monitor performance to identify risks and opportunities affecting brand share and category growth.
• Develop customer-facing selling stories to demonstrate category value and retailer objectives.
