Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of casualty claims or litigation experience.
• Experience managing third-party administrators, MGAs, and/or MGUs is a plus.
• College degree required; professional designations preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and convey summations of complex issues; develop action plans.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, negotiate and settle complex claims including negligence, premises liability, commercial auto, construction and product liability.
• Manage litigation nationwide; oversee defense counsel and coordinate with internal teams.
• Communicate with underwriting to manage claims and alert significant developments.
• Provide timely management updates on adverse developments and pertinent issues.
