Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of insurance experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex litigation and multi-party claims.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, negotiate and settle non-complex primary and excess policy casualty claims.
• Analyze and determine coverage, draft routine correspondence, communicate positions to stakeholders.
• Manage nationwide litigation, direct defense counsel, and coordinate with underwriting and vendor teams.
• Provide timely updates to management on adverse developments and key issues.
