Responsibilities

• Investigate, negotiate and settle complex primary and excess policy casualty claims.
• Analyze coverage, draft complex correspondence, communicate with stakeholders.
• Manage nationwide litigation and oversee defense counsel.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims vendor management teams.
• Provide timely updates to management on developments.
• Participate in agent-related functions and ongoing training.
