Responsibilities

• Direct daily casino operations across assigned gaming departments, maintaining floor coverage and service standards.
• Develop operating plans, budgets, labor forecasts and performance goals; monitor revenue and key metrics.
• Review performance and guest demand; recommend changes to improve guest experience and results.
• Ensure compliance with Colorado regulations and internal controls; coordinate with Compliance.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, training and performance management with Human Resources.
