Job summary

Qualifications

• Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department.
• Develop schedules and coordinate scheduling concerns with the manager.
• Monitor appearance of food and beverage and communicate deviations.
• Provide hands-on leadership for all food and beverage outlets and coach team members.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly attitude toward all guests at all times.
• Assist in cost control methods and inventory by monitoring pars and stock.
• Ensure all areas of the restaurant front of house meet sanitation standards.
• Know casino events and promotional activities.
• Ensure safety and security of team members and guests.
• Promote and demonstrate superior customer service standards.
• Develop procedures for food service and inspect menu items for guest satisfaction.
• Follow health department and customer service standards.
