Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Colorado is seeking a senior operations leader to direct daily casino operations across assigned departments, maintain floor coverage, service standards, and game integrity.

You will develop operating plans and budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, review performance, and coordinate with Compliance, Security, Marketing and HR to ensure regulatory compliance and excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality or business; equivalent experience considered.
• Seven+ years of progressive casino gaming operations experience, including management.
• Knowledge of Colorado gaming regulations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily casino operations across assigned gaming departments; maintain floor coverage, service standards and operational readiness.
• Develop departmental operating plans, budgets, labor forecasts and performance goals; monitor revenue, expenses and key gaming metrics.
• Review slot and table games performance; staff utilization and guest demand; implement improvements.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, internal controls and licensing requirements; coordinate with Compliance.
• Safeguard assets and oversee controls over gaming equipment, cash processes, and incident escalation.
• Lead, coach and develop department managers; oversee staffing, scheduling, training and performance management.
• Resolve escalated guest concerns; collaborate with Marketing and Players Club to support relationships.
• Partner with Security, Surveillance, Cage, Finance, IT, Facilities and F&B on safe, efficient operations.
• Prepare timely operational and financial reports; communicate trends and incidents to General Manager.
