Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Black Hawk, CO is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to manage the Security Department on the assigned shift, ensuring compliance with federal and state law, Colorado Division of Gaming Regulations, and Internal Control Procedures while upholding house policies.

You will lead security officers, oversee gaming and non-gaming operations, interact with guests, resolve issues with the Manager on Duty, and promote a safe, entertaining environment.

Qualifications

• Two years in progressively responsible security roles, casino experience preferred.
• Colorado Gaming License required.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
• Read/write/speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Leads security officers on shift and oversees all casino security operations.
• Represents Security Director in relations with guests and team members.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations and internal controls.
• Maintains high standards of guest service and incident response.
• Resolves guest issues in coordination with the Manager on Duty.
