Job summary

Bally's Black Hawk Casino is seeking a seasoned leader to direct daily casino operations on-site in Black Hawk, CO. You will oversee multiple gaming departments, ensure service standards, safeguard assets and drive performance metrics while coordinating with Compliance and Human Resources.

The role requires deep knowledge of gaming regulations, strong budgeting skills, and a track record of team development. Colorado licensing and a flexible schedule are expected in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration or related field.
• Seven or more years of progressive casino gaming operations experience, including management.
• Knowledge of Colorado gaming regulations and licenses preferred.
• Poker experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily casino operations across assigned departments and maintain floor coverage and service standards.
• Develop departmental operating plans, budgets, labor forecasts and performance goals; monitor revenue and expenses.
