You will collaborate with the team to meet building standards, advocate for residents with public aid and services, and design daily activities that support Mercy Housing's program model. A strong candidate will have a degree and experience with homeless or low-income populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social science or related field.
• Three years of experience with homeless or low and mixed-income populations.
• Experience in child welfare, family work, substance abuse, and mental health.

Responsibilities

• Meet residents to gather needs and co-create goals plans.
• Collaborate with team to meet building standards and conduct wellness checks.
• Design and implement daily activities aligned with Mercy Housing's model.
• Advocate for residents and connect them with public aid, services, referrals.
• Develop resident leadership and civic involvement through programs.
