Job summary

Mercy Housing is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator II in San Francisco to lead on-site programs, track outcomes, and connect residents with resources. You’ll identify barriers, develop pathways to services, and partner with community organizations to promote resident stability.

The role is on-site with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits. You will collaborate closely with teammates to support residents and strengthen the community at the property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in community development or related field.
• Experience with program data collection and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect data for designated program components and record data in the Mercy Housing database in an accurate and timely way.
• Evaluate outcomes of programs and services delivered on a regular basis.
• Develop understanding of residents to offer opportunities and guide them to appropriate services and resources.
• Participate in and/or lead activities with Mercy Housing and partner agencies to build capacity and relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
