Job summary

Mercy Housing in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator II to lead on-site programs, track outcomes, and connect residents with the resources they need to remain stable and successful.

You will identify barriers, build partnerships with community organizations, and advocate Mercy Housing's mission as an on-site ambassador, collaborating with teammates to promote resident stability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience in community development, social services, or related field.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Collect required data for designated program components and record data in the Mercy Housing database in an accurate and timely way.
• Evaluate outcomes of programs and services delivered on a regular basis as required.
• Develop an understanding of residents to offer opportunities and guide them to services.
• Participate in and/or lead activities with Mercy Housing and partner agencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
