Job summary

Mercy Housing in San Francisco is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator II to lead on-site programs and help residents thrive. You will connect residents with resources, monitor outcomes, and build partnerships with community organizations to promote stability and opportunity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in community development, social services, or related field.
• Preferred: experience with individuals with mental health issues.
• Preferred: experience with senior and developmentally disabled populations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Knowledge and skills: teamwork, communication, MS Office, confidentiality, and ability to work with residents in various situations.

Responsibilities

• Collect required data for designated program components and record data in the Mercy Housing database accurately.
• Evaluate outcomes of programs and services delivered as required.
• Develop an understanding of residents to offer opportunities and guide them to appropriate services.
• Participate in and/or lead activities with Mercy Housing and partner agencies to enhance relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
