New hires start onsite for the first month, then transition to a hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office. Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $85,000 with uncapped commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight brokerage or 3PL on the carrier side.
• Strong knowledge of the US domestic transportation market.
• Experience sourcing and negotiating with carriers.
