Maven Clinic is seeking a Senior Care Support Associate to join our Care Support team. The role is a full-time, remote-friendly position focused on delivering expert member support across channels including messaging, phone and live chat.
Sitting within Tier 2 (Specialized), you’ll assist with enrollment, clinic and pharmacy coordination, and partnering inquiries. The role supports Maven members seven days a week with ET shifts and includes equity and comprehensive benefits.
Competenze
- 2+ years in high-volume customer service environments.
- Experience supporting members via phone, chat, and messaging.
- Familiarity with health tech, fertility benefits, or insurance.
- Strong written and verbal communication with empathy.
Mansioni
- Serve as first contact and deliver exemplary service to members and providers.
- Coordinate enrollment, clinics, pharmacy, and appointments.
- Apply product and benefits knowledge to handle nuanced needs.
- Manage specialized workstreams like verification calls and partner inquiries.
- Support QA processes and surface improvement trends.
- Assist with bug triage and document issues with clarity.
- Contribute to service recovery and Voice of the Customer loops.
- Mentor junior associates through knowledge sharing.
