Maven Clinic is seeking a Senior Care Support Associate to join our Care Support team. The role sits within Tier 2 (Specialized) and involves handling nuanced member inquiries, cross-functional tasks, and future expansion of support capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume customer service settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with empathy.
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact and deliver exemplary service to members and providers via messaging, phone, and live chat.
• Assist with enrollment, clinic and pharmacy coordination, and scheduling with providers.
• Apply product and benefits knowledge to navigate care needs and resolve escalations.
• Handle specialized support workstreams including verification calls and partner inquiries.
• Contribute to QA processes and surface trends to managers and leads.
• Document and triage technical issues with clear notes for product/ops teams.
• Mentor junior associates through knowledge sharing.
