Job summary

Maven Clinic, a leading virtual clinic for women and families, seeks a Senior Care Support Associate to join our Care Support team. This role handles nuanced member inquiries across messaging, phone, and live chat, combining product knowledge with compassionate service.

The team supports members 7 days a week with shifts in ET; remote-friendly, hybrid options, and growth opportunities across QA, partnerships, and care operations are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-volume customer service environments.
• Experience supporting via phone, live chat, and messaging.
• Experience in health tech, fertility benefits, or insurance space.
• Strong written and verbal communication with empathy.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Comfort with shifting priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Pharmacy coordination experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact and deliver exemplary service via channels.
• Support enrollment, clinic and pharmacy coordination, appointments.
• Apply product/benefits knowledge to navigate complex care needs.
• Handle specialized workstreams including QA and partnerships.
• Support QA processes and surface improvement opportunities.
• Assist with bug triage and documentation with ops/product teams.
• Participate in service recovery and VOC feedback loops.
• Mentor junior associates through knowledge sharing.
