Job summary

Maven Clinic is seeking a Senior Care Support Associate to join our Care Support team. The role sits in Tier 2 and involves handling nuanced member inquiries, cross-functional QA, bug triage, and emerging work streams for our evolving support capabilities.

Our Care Support team operates 7 days a week with ET shifts. This full-time role emphasizes customer care, coordination of enrollment, clinics, and prescriptions, and mentoring junior associates in a dynamic, remote environment.

Qualifications

2+ years in high-volume customer service settings.
Experience supporting via phone, live chat, and messaging.
Experience in health tech, fertility benefits, or insurance.
Strong written and verbal communication with empathy.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact and deliver exemplary service through multiple channels, including messaging, phone and live chat.
Support members in enrollment, clinic and pharmacy coordination, and booking appointments with providers.
Apply deep product, partnership, and benefits knowledge to navigate nuanced care needs and resolve member escalations.
Handle specialized support workstreams including verification calls and inquiries.
Participate in QA processes and surface trends to managers and team leads.
