Job summary

WelbeHealth in Rosemead, CA seeks a Scheduling Specialist to coordinate participant appointments in our PACE program, ensuring accurate team member availability and timely scheduling.

You will respond to calls and emails, handle cancellations and rescheduling, and communicate confirmations and reminders per department protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience; PACE experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Outstanding customer service orientation, especially in telephone and written communications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling of participant appointments.
• Troubleshoot conflicts and urgent needs with stakeholders to meet turnaround times.
• Address cancellations and rescheduling requests promptly.
• Respond to calls, emails, and scheduling requests.
• Maintain and update team member availability in source systems.
• Communicate appointment confirmations and reminders per protocols.
