Job summary

WelbeHealth, LLC. is seeking a Supervisor, Scheduling in Modesto to lead scheduling operations for our PACE program, ensuring accurate appointment planning and high-quality customer service.

You will oversee a team, resolve complex scheduling issues, and ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes leadership in a healthcare setting, coaching scheduling staff, and maintaining a patient-focused approach to keep vulnerable seniors connected with timely care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or operations management preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare scheduling or operations
• Minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory position with mentoring experience
• Minimum of one (1) year experience with EMR and scheduling/communication platforms
• Experience leading in a data-driven organization using reports and data to manage people and projects
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight and ensure timely scheduling of participant appointments per WelbeHealth protocols
• Troubleshoot complex scheduling issues and manage escalations with internal staff, providers, and participants
• Review scheduling data for quality assurance and compliance
• Participate in administrative and compliance tasks to meet policies and regulatory requirements
• Supervise Scheduling Specialists and Onsite Specialty Scheduler; provide coaching and daily oversight
• Monitor team productivity and adherence to policies and standards
• Maintain professional, timely, empathetic communication with participants, families, providers, and staff
