Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Michigan RN license.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions and implement care plans while recording observations.
• Make rounds with a physician to observe symptoms and adjust interventions.
• Administer medications and notify staff of contraindications as needed.
• Supervise CNAs and assist with resident care duties daily.
• Coordinate supplies, equipment, and scheduling for care and treatments.
• Maintain documentation in PCC and ensure regulatory compliance.
