Job summary

Intersect Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a long-term care setting in Grandville, MI. You will assess residents, develop care plans, and coordinate with the Director of Nursing to meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include rounds with physicians, medication administration, and supervising CNAs while maintaining documentation and reporting. Requires Michigan RN license and CPR certification; prior LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Michigan RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions and develop Care Plans; record observations and follow PCC policies.
• Regular rounds with physician; observe symptoms and adjust interventions as needed.
• Provide preventive, supportive, maintenance, and rehabilitative care for residents.
