Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Michigan license as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions to implement intervention and develop Care Plans.
• Make rounds with physician; observe symptoms and treatment responses; adjust care as needed.
• Provide preventative, supportive, maintenance, and rehabilitative care.
• Administer medications per policies and physician orders; monitor contraindications.
• Document in PCC and ensure compliance with records policies.
• Supervise CNAs and assist with resident care duties as needed.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapy, and family members; manage emergencies.
