Job summary

IntersectHC is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care in a Michigan long-term care setting. The RN will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, document care, and coordinate with the Director of Nursing and unit managers.

Qualified applicants will hold an active Michigan RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of LTC experience; weekend shifts include an additional $8.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Michigan.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions to implement interventions and develop care plans.
• Make rounds with physician; observe symptoms and adjust care as needed.
• Provide preventative, supportive, and rehabilitative care for residents.
• Administer medications and document according to policies and physician orders.
• Monitor and assist CNAs with resident care and daily activities.
• Report and document resident changes and incidents to the DON or administrator.
