Job summary

Home Instead in Toledo is seeking a motivated Business Development Advisor to grow our home care services by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, and other referral partners. This field-based role focuses on generating new business through a consultative sales approach and expanding our footprint in the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, senior living communities, physicians, and other referral partners.
• Generate new business and meet sales and inquiry-generation goals through a consultative approach.
• Identify new referral opportunities and expand Home Instead's market presence.
• Create and execute weekly/monthly sales and marketing plans with leadership.
• Represent Home Instead professionally at meetings, events, and presentations.
• Prospect for new business via cold calling, email outreach, networking, and community involvement.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in company systems.
