Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking a seasoned Business Development marketer to expand our home care services network in the Sacramento area. You will develop referral sources, build relationships with physicians and discharge planners, and coordinate campaigns that increase client intake.

The ideal candidate brings prior healthcare sales experience, strong organization, and excellent communication to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

2+ years in marketing home health services or 5+ years in sales and marketing.
Existing referral relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, senior living admins is a plus.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and senior living administrators.
Ability to develop and execute a customized marketing plan to increase referrals.
Organize marketing events and participate in community programs to raise awareness and brand.
Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure to complete tasks.
Demonstrated track record of generating healthcare/home care sales.

Responsibilities

Develop/maintain referral sources in the community, build client relationships and work with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and other professionals who may become referral partners.
Calendar Management and Appointment Scheduling, including in-person client meetings.
Assist with marketing efforts by supporting company sponsored marketing events.
Support and oversee sales and other revenue teams with administrative tasks.
