Golden Years Home Care in California is seeking a dynamic Business Operations Manager to lead territory growth and sales across Sacramento and San Diego regions. You will own office P&Ls, drive census and revenue, and build referral partnerships with hospitals, hospices, elder law attorneys, and senior communities.

This leadership role offers autonomy within a 30-year family-owned company, with base salary $85,000–$105,000 plus profit share and client commissions.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of leadership experience in non-medical home care or related healthcare sectors.
• Track record of growing census and revenue with measurable results.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and business development in healthcare.
• Multi-site or territory management experience preferred.
• Strong P&L, KPIs, and CRM-based pipeline skills; GoHighLevel a plus.
• Established referral network in Sacramento or San Diego is advantageous.
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between territories.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute territory business development plans and establish referral partnerships.
• Set, track, and report on KPIs including new client starts and billable hours.
• Oversee intake speed-to-lead and inquiry conversion processes.
• Manage office P&Ls and budgets to grow revenue and control costs.
• Lead team development through training and leadership initiatives.
• Recruit and coach office staff, care coordinators, and schedulers.
• Partner with ownership on pricing, service expansion, and growth strategy.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
