Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in Sacramento is seeking a seasoned Home Care/Health Business Development marketer to expand our referral network and grow client relationships. The role requires energy, reliability, and excellent organization and communication skills to market our home care services effectively.

The candidate will develop referral sources with physicians, discharge planners, and case managers, coordinate marketing events, and support revenue teams with administrative tasks,

Qualifications

• 2+ years marketing home health services revenue teams or 5+ years sales/marketing experience.
• Ability to develop & maintain relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, senior living administrators, etc.
• Ability to develop and execute customized marketing plans to increase referrals.
• Ability to organize marketing events and participate in community programs to boost company awareness.
• Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop/maintain referral sources in the community and build client relationships with professionals who may become referral partners.
• Calendar management and appointment scheduling, including in-person client meetings.
• Support and oversee sales and other revenue teams with administrative tasks.
• Assist with marketing events and company-sponsored activities.
