Golden Years Home Care is seeking a mature, energetic sales professional to oversee business development for home care services. The role involves developing referral networks, building client relationships, calendar management and supporting marketing events.

The ideal candidate has proven healthcare sales experience and the ability to explain home care benefits to physicians and families. The position favors independence, reliability, and a long-term commitment, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience marketing home health services within the last 5 years or 5 years strong sales/marketing experience.
• Existing referral relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, senior living administrators, etc.
• Ability to develop & maintain relationships with doctors, patients and families and explain home care program, requirements and benefits.
• Ability to develop and execute a customized marketing plan to jumpstart or increase referrals from targeted sources.
• Organize marketing events and participate in community programs to raise company awareness.
• Must work well on deadlines and under pressure to overcome obstacles and complete tasks.
• Demonstrated track record of generating healthcare/home care sales.

Responsabilités

• Develop/maintain referral sources and build client relationships, working with case managers.
• Calendar management and appointment scheduling, including in-person client meetings.
• Assist with marketing efforts by supporting company-sponsored events.
• Support sales and other revenue teams with administrative tasks.
