Qualifications

• Experience marketing home health services revenue teams with admin tasks or 5+ years sales/marketing.
• Existing referral relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers or senior living admins is a plus.
• Ability to explain home care programs, qualifications and benefits to doctors and families.
• Ability to organize and execute marketing plans and community events.

Responsibilities

• Develop/maintain referral sources and build client relationships with case managers.
• Calendar management and appointment scheduling, including in-person meetings.
• Support marketing efforts and oversee sales teams to increase revenue and grow territory.
