Senior Helpers is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager in Geneva/Aurora to drive growth by generating qualified leads, acquiring clients, and building referral partnerships. The role focuses on converting prospects into paying clients and increasing weekly and monthly billable hours, with measurable revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in business development, healthcare sales, or marketing, and a proven ability to close sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development, healthcare sales, or marketing preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and achieve measurable results.
• Home care, home health, hospice, or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Existing healthcare referral relationships in Kane and Kendall Counties are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and acquire new home care clients.
• Develop referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, and healthcare professionals.
• Meet monthly client acquisition and revenue growth targets.
• Conduct outreach visits, networking, and community marketing activities.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into active clients.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business opportunities.
• Track leads, referrals, conversions, and sales performance.
