Job summary

Senior Helpers in Hollywood, FL seeks a Marketing & Sales Manager to develop and manage new lead sources by cultivating relationships with hospitals, clinics and other health providers. This role centers on building a referral network that drives growth in our in-home senior care services.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in outside sales and marketing, making sales calls and cold calls.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in health care or home care is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word; able to learn home care management software.
• Positive, high-energy, team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Identify local influence centers (hospitals, nursing homes, doctors offices, etc.) to determine lead sources.
• Personally visit and arrange meetings with potential referrals, contacting 8-10 sources daily.
• Arrange presentations at staff meetings in hospitals, nursing homes, doctors offices.
• Attend trade shows and networking events to develop additional lead sources.
• Develop sales opportunities and promote a positive image in the community.
