Job summary

Senior Helpers of Westminster is seeking an energetic Marketing & Business Development Representative to grow our presence across Carroll, Frederick, and Howard Counties. This full-time role blends healthcare marketing, business development, and community outreach to build lasting referral relationships.

You will prospect, network, walk into new referral sources, and manage intake and lead follow-up, turning relationships into qualified referrals and new clients.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3 years of related sales/marketing experience.
• Healthcare/home care experience is a plus.
• Strong prospecting, cold calling, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, and senior-care organizations.
• Prospect for new business through cold calling, in-person outreach, and networking.
• Visit new referral sources and maintain 8–10 meaningful engagements per day.
• Follow up with referrals to convert them into qualified leads and new clients.
• Manage intake, assessments, and transitions to care with operations support.
• Track marketing activities and contribute to the territory plan.
