Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in medical clinic or customer service.
• BLS preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Professional and courteous communication with patients and staff.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% locally to cover other centers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, manage front office operations.
• Schedule, register, check-in and check-out patients.
• Answer phone calls professionally and record messages.
• Manage appointment calendar; verify insurance and collect copays.
• Maintain patient records and EMR documentation.
