Job summary

Caring for Others is seeking a Care Coordinator to act as the central hub for care coordination, compliance, scheduling, client communication, and branch operations. You will connect Clients, families, Caregivers, and partners to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

You'll lead care coordination efforts, maintain licensing docs, and train new caregivers, while ensuring accurate billing and staffing coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or client-facing service preferred.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Proactive communicator with warm, professional presence.
• Solutions-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Commitment to compliance and HIPAA standards with accurate documentation.
• Strong collaboration and customer service mindset.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with various software and devices.
• Experience in billing/authorization management a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-star service on every call as the hub for Clients, families, Caregivers, and partners.
• Coordinate care services for timely, consistent delivery at homes and by phone.
• Develop individualized service plans and conduct initial and ongoing Client assessments.
• Manage authorizations and activities to support billing accuracy.
• Support staffing to minimize overtime and ensure coverage of shifts.
• Maintain Branch compliance and licensing documentation.
• Lead weekly Caregiver New Hire training and prepare intake materials.
