Senior Helpers of Annapolis is seeking an outgoing Community Relations Professional to grow our presence in the local senior care community. You will lead outreach, nurture referral partnerships, and guide families through the full onboarding process from inquiry to care launch.

This exempt, full-time role requires strong networking and presentation skills and a passion for compassionate care. You will travel locally, work with care operations and marketing, and help expand our trusted brand and

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the senior home care industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience in client assessments and care planning is a plus.
• Proven success in sales, business development or community outreach roles.
• Strong networking, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Empathetic, consultative communication with families and professionals.
• Organized, self-motivated and performance-driven.
• Ability to travel locally and manage a territory.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new client leads through proactive outreach and relationship-based sales.
• Develop and expand referral partnerships with chambers, senior communities, hospitals, and nonprofits.
• Represent Senior Helpers at trade shows, conferences, and community events.
• Lead full client intake and onboarding, including Life Profile assessments and care plans.
• Ensure smooth handoff of intake docs to Care Operations for caregiver matching and service launch.
• Collaborate with Care, Marketing and Operations to support growth and messaging.
