Senior Helpers of Algonquin is seeking a Community Relations Coordinator to build referral networks and connect families with senior care services. You will engage with hospitals, rehab facilities, hospice, and home health agencies, delivering outreach and presentations to generate new clients.

The role emphasizes relationship development, in-person outreach, and collaborating with the office team to support growth and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, business development, or community outreach, healthcare/home care preferred.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and generate new business.
• Strong networking, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral relationships in Algonquin and surrounding communities.
• Connect with hospitals, senior-care providers, and physician offices to drive referrals.
• Conduct in-person outreach, follow-ups, and networking activities.
• Generate qualified referrals and convert opportunities into clients.
• Meet with families to discuss care needs and Senior Helpers services.
• Represent Senior Helpers at community events and professional organizations.
• Maintain communication with referral partners and strengthen relationships.
• Track outreach activities and results with the office team.
• Assist with local marketing and social media efforts as needed.
