Job summary

Sharecare's CareLinx team is seeking a Senior Care Advisor to guide members and families through the caregiver search, hire, and retention process. You will answer benefit-specific questions, build rapport, and create caregiver matches based on preferences, delivering exceptional communication before and after hire.

This remote, full-time role requires stellar customer service, professionalism, and comfort working from home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some college-level coursework is preferred.
• Minimum of six months experience as a successful Care Advisor or Enrollment Specialist.
• Previous healthcare experience, preferred.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey through relationship building and exceptional communication.
• Work closely with the Enrollment Team to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Provide ongoing support after the caregiver hire to maintain the relationship with the family and caregiver and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Document accurate and complete notes of all family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with other team members and teams within CareLinx.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills via phone, email, and text.
