Sharecare's CareLinx division seeks a Senior Care Advisor to guide families through caregiver search, hire, and retention, delivering exceptional support from home. You will answer benefit questions, build trust, and match caregivers to preferences while maintaining clear communication with members and teams.

You'll collaborate with Enrollment and other stakeholders in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment, providing proactive service and process improvements to enhance member experience

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some college-level coursework is preferred.
• Minimum of six months experience as a successful Care Advisor or Enrollment Specialist.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Aufgaben

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey through relationship building and exceptional communication.
• Work closely with the Enrollment Team to ensure seamless handoffs
• Provide ongoing support after the caregiver hire to maintain the relationship with the family and caregiver and ensure overall satisfaction
• Document accurate and complete notes of all family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system
• Work collaboratively and professionally with other team members and teams within CareLinx
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills via phone, email, and text
• Stay up to date on industry trends and be willing to learn about new business development opportunities
• Always presents as a positive CareLinx representative to both clients, and colleagues
• Proactively takes ownership of administrative and/or high level tasks as needed
• Is able to identify and articulate trends that affect the member experience during the caregiver recruitment process
• Ability to deescalate unhappy members and provide a positive experience
• Presents process improvement suggestions in a collaborative and thoughtful manner
• Flexibility in taking on additional tasks for the benefit of the team, including shadowing new team members, and participating in pilot programs and special projects
• Promotes a positive team culture and is an active resource to teammates
• Senior Enrollment Specialists are expected to consistently meet and exceed performance goals set forth per CareLinx guidelines and act as a role model for teammates
