CareLinx is seeking a Senior Care Advisor to support members and families throughout the caregiver search, hire, and retention process. You will answer benefit questions, build rapport, and create caregiver matches based on preferences, while delivering exceptional communication before and after hiring.

This role requires a customer-service focus, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and ability to work from home. You will be a role model for teammates and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six months experience as a Care Advisor or Enrollment Specialist.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office demanded.

Responsibilities

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey with relationship building and clear communication.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Team for seamless handoffs.
• Provide post-hire support to maintain family and caregiver relationships and satisfaction.
• Document notes of family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Work with other teams within CareLinx in a professional and collaborative manner.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication via phone, email, and text.
