Sharecare, a digital healthcare innovator, seeks a Senior Care Advisor to support CareLinx’s payer operations. You’ll guide families through caregiver search, build rapport, and ensure smooth handoffs. The role emphasizes exceptional service, autonomy in a remote setting, and collaboration with enrollment and care teams.

You’ll help craft caregiver matches, maintain relationships post-hire, and contribute to process improvements while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Some college coursework preferred
• Minimum of six months experience as a Care Advisor or Enrollment Specialist
• Healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey with strong communication
• Collaborate with Enrollment Team for seamless handoffs
• Provide post-hire support to maintain family-caregiver relationships
• Document accurate notes in CareLinx’s EHR system
• Work with teammates cross-functionally and maintain professionalism
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication via phone, email, text
• Stay current on industry trends and new business opportunities
• Present as a positive CareLinx representative to clients and colleagues
• Take ownership of administrative tasks and pilot programs
• Identify trends affecting member experience during recruitment
