Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Senior Care Advisor to support CareLinx’s Payer Operations and help families find non-medical, in-home caregivers. You will guide members through caregiver search, hire, and retention, answer benefit questions, build rapport, and ensure high-quality service before and after hire.

You will be a senior resource for members and teammates, model professionalism, and thrive in a fast-paced, technology-forward, work-from-home environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some college coursework is preferred.
• Minimum of six months experience as a successful Care Advisor or Enrollment Specialist.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey through relationship building and exceptional communication.
• Work closely with the Enrollment Team to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Provide ongoing support after caregiver hire to maintain family and caregiver relationships and overall satisfaction.
• Document accurate and complete notes of family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Collaborate professionally with other team members and teams within CareLinx.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication via phone, email, and text.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and be willing to learn about new business development opportunities.
• Present as a positive CareLinx representative to clients and colleagues.
• Proactively take ownership of administrative and high-level tasks as needed.
• Identify and articulate trends affecting member experience during caregiver recruitment.
• Deescalate unhappy members and provide a positive experience.
• Propose process improvements in a collaborative manner.
• Take on additional tasks for team benefit, including shadowing and pilot projects.
• Promote a positive team culture and be an active resource to teammates.
• Consistently meet and exceed performance goals and be a role model.
