Sharecare is seeking a Senior Care Advisor to support CareLinx’s Payer Operations, guiding families through caregiver search, hire, and retention while maintaining exceptional communication. You will elevate member experiences, build rapport, and ensure satisfaction throughout the process.

You are a role model for the team, thrive in a fast-paced, remote setting, and are committed to high professional standards and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum six months of experience as a Care Advisor or Enrollment Specialist.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey with strong communication.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Team for seamless handoffs.
• Provide ongoing post-hire support to families and caregivers.
• Document all interactions accurately in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Collaborate professionally with other teams within CareLinx.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication via phone, email, and text.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new opportunities.
