Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Coronary Therapies Principal Territory Manager in Texas to lead sales efforts with physicians and clinical staff. You will work closely with a clinical specialist and leverage deep product knowledge to address cardiovascular needs and drive revenue across assigned accounts.

You will develop and implement sales strategies, educate customers on device usage, and build durable hospital partnerships while achieving quarterly targets in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 7 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives.
• Develops and implements sales strategies by determining product, competition and pricing needs for accounts.
• Develops action plans by analyzing sales figures and coordinating with the Regional Sales Manager to meet annual goals.
• Determines customer needs and cases handled by physicians and hospital staff to address product fit.
• Observes procedures in cath labs to understand nuances and drive effective relationships.
• Establishes pricing packages addressing customer needs while following company guidelines.
• Responds to customer needs with creative solutions involving cross-functional teams.
• Builds relationships with hospital staff to identify key purchasing decision makers for future sales.
• Educates customers on clinical usage of products via presentations and demos to secure commitments.
