Qualifications

• Must live within the assigned geographical territory.
• Ability to be coached and directed by teammates.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives.
• Develops and implements sales strategies to promote company products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Develops action plans by analyzing sales data to help achieve annual goals.
• Assesses customer needs and pricing to address specific hospital requirements.
• Observes procedures to gain insight into nuances of each physician and lab staff.
