Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Cardiometabolic Account Specialist to engage cardiologists and key healthcare providers with a clinically focused sales message.

You will develop and execute strategic plans across a multi-state geography to increase disease awareness and product utilization. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales, including 3 years in cardiovascular or biologics, with the ability to travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years pharma/biotech sales with at least 3 years in cardiovascular/biologic.
• Must reside in assigned territory and travel up to 70% with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and execute tactics across a multi-state Cardiometabolic Rare Disease geography.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs, etc.).
• Lead account plans to position brands and increase utilization.
• Perform market analysis with partners to identify opportunities and prioritize activities.
• Coordinate pull-through for Specialty Pharmacy and buy-and-bill channels with reimbursement partners.
• Present brands and services professionally to healthcare providers.
