Job summary
Syneos Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a Cardiometabolic Account Specialist to engage cardiologists and key customers with a clinically focused sales message. You will develop multi-state strategies to increase disease awareness and product utilization, and craft Account Profiles with targeted HCPs to drive brand value.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years account sales in pharmaceutical/biotechnology with Cardiovascular and/or biologic experience.
- Must live within the assigned territory with a valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 70%.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategy and execute tactics within a designated multi-state geography to increase disease awareness and product utilization.
- Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs, HCPs, etc.).
- Lead local market analysis and coordinate cross-functional efforts to support Rare Disease/Cardiovascular business needs.
- Coordinate pull-through for Specialty Pharmacy and buy & bill channels with reimbursement partners.
- Present brands and services in a professional, compliant manner to healthcare providers.
