Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiometabolic Account Specialist to engage cardiologists and other key customers with a clinically focused sales message that drives action. You will operate in a fast-paced, results-oriented team in partnership with Regeneron.

A typical day includes developing multi-state strategy, building account profiles, coordinating pull-through with specialty pharmacy, and presenting brands professionally while complying with laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of account sales in pharma/biotech with cardiovascular or biologic focus.
• Must reside in assigned territory and be able to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and execute tactics across a multi-state geography to increase disease awareness and product utilization.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, HCPs, etc.).
• Position brands in designated accounts to drive appropriate patient utilization.
• Lead local market analysis with partners to identify opportunities and priorities.
• Coordinate pull-through with Specialty Pharmacy and buy-and-bill channels with reimbursement partners.
• Develop and execute integrated Account Plans based on market insights.
