Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks an experienced Cardiometabolic Account Specialist to engage cardiologists and key customers with a clinically focused sales message. You will operate across a designated geography, developing accounts and coordinating with specialty pharmacy and buy-and-bill channels to maximize appropriate utilization.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales, with cardiovascular or biologic exposure, and are willing to travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years account sales experience in pharma/biotech with 3 years cardiovascular/biologic experience.
• Must live within the assigned territory and travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and execute tactics across a multi-state Cardiometabolic Rare Disease geography.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs, HCPs).
• Develop strategy and execute tactics within key accounts to position the brand for appropriate patients.
• Lead local market analysis and coordinate with partners to prioritize activities.
• Coordinate pull-through and buy-and-bill channel activities with reimbursement partners.
• Develop and execute integrated Account Plans based on customer and market insights.
• Present brands and services to healthcare providers in a professional, compliant manner.
• Follow all laws, regulations and policies governing activities.
