Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking an experienced Cardiometabolic Account Specialist to engage cardiologists and key customers with a clinically focused sales message. The role emphasizes strategic account planning, cross-functional collaboration, and dedicated efforts to increase appropriate product utilization.

The position requires 5+ years in pharmaceutical account sales with 3 years in cardiovascular or biologic segments, and travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years account sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, with 3 years in Cardiovascular and/or biologic exposure.
• Must live within the assigned territory and travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and execute tactics within a designated multi-state geography to increase disease awareness and product utilization.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs, HCPs, etc.).
• Lead local market analysis and coordinate with partners to identify opportunities and prioritize activities.
• Present brands and services in a compliant, ethical manner to health care providers.
